first of all you ll have to make the mix. For this you 'll needseveral ingredients: two eggs 220 g of flour 1 2 l of milk. Put two very well beaten eggs in a bowl and add 100 g of flour. Beat again until it's all mixed together, and then pour 1 4 of milk. Continue beating and add the 120 g of flour left ande another 1 4 litre of milk, until they are completly blended. After this let it rest for some minutes. Meanwhile, spread some butter in a pan so, when cooking the panqueques, they don't stick to the pan. when the pan is hot enough pour some of the mix into the pan. you'll have to turn it over so that it cooks bothsides, make sure it doesn't toasts panqueques are cooked very quickly. You can use what you like best as a filling, but I would prefer milk jam.
